It's been in my cupboard for awhile. (not in the fridge) What do you think?

I would not recommend it.

I doubt the old spirulina would do any harm but fresher is better and more importantly, your body and your health is soooo worth the nominal cost to purchase fresh spirulina.  Don't purchase too large a quantity and store it in the fridge in an airtight glass container.
