Mint Chocolate Milkshake
« on: August 20, 2008, 12:16:07 PM »

As a kid I loved mint chocolate milkshakes and now I love them again!

In a blender place:

2 C       hazelnut milk (or nut milk of choice)
2 Tbs    fresh mint chopped
3 1/2    frozen bananas
2 Tbs    agave nectar (or to taste)
1/2 tsp  vanilla
1 tiny    pinch of sea salt
2 Tbs    raw cacao (powder or nibs for a 'chip' effect)

Blend until smooth and serve immediately
Makes about 1 quart

Oooo... no need for any excuse for this one, why wait til warm weather - get some fresh mint and go for it!

One thing I've changed since posting this is that I put 3-6 dates in instead of the agave - and it is amazing! I hope you enjoy it soon Smiley
