To those who are visiting this site,

I have been on this raw food adventure for at least 2 months now and I must say, having someone you can turn to for support as you make the transition is very important.  For the short time I have known her, Shawna has been a very sincere and dear support for me  and has been there to help me through the rough  spots.  You have visited a site where you will be well cared for and have very knowledgeable folks tending to you.  Much success to all.
